The 12th International Fair of Gastronomy and Equipment for Hotels & Restaurants TOP GASTRO & HOTEL 2018, which will take place under the auspices of the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants on February 15 - 18, 2018, in parallel with the 27th HOLIDAY WORLD 2018 tourism fair at the Exhibition Grounds in Prague, Holešovice.

The TOP GASTRO & HOTEL fair is one of the most important events of its industry in the Czech Republic. In recent years the fair has enjoyed dynamic growth; in 2017 a total of 184 exhibitors from 19 countries participated in the fair and the number of visitor exceeded 27 950.

Left wing of the industrial palace - PROFI ZONE – presentation of companies with a focus on equipment and furnishings for hotels, pensions, restaurants and furnishing and operation of gastro establishments.

Left wing of the industrial palace - TOP CAFÉ - this area will host the Coffee Master competition, as has become tradition, along with demonstrations of the preparation of coffee and coffee beverages, coffee tastings, presentations by a number of coffee producers and coffee preparation equipment.
